CF®680 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) , Highly Cross-Adsorbed , single label for STORM , 1 mg / mL

This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF®680 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness , photostability , and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red/near-IR fluorescent CF®680 dye has excitation/emission at 681/698 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity , the antibody has been adsorbed against human , mouse , and rat serum. Single label antibodies have an average of one dye molecule per antibody molecule , which is reported to be optimal for super-resolution imaging by STORM.
